1. Lead times are subject to change

2. The delivery date is understood as indicative.

 3. Initial deposit of 50% is required before the job is placed into production schedule.

4. Payment of deposit acknowledges that you accept these terms & quotation in its current form.

5. Quotation is valid for 14 days after which time quotation will be confirmed at the discretion of Norskco (Norskco Pty Ltd).

6. We only fit electrical & other components supplied by Norskco.

7. We have standard 12v electrical packages, panels and battery systems specifically designed to suit our internal canopy designs. These must be confirmed prior to acceptance of quotation

8. All electrical diagnostics will be charged at hourly rates.

9. If customer supplied goods are fitted at the discretion of Norskco the installation costs will be charged at hourly rates payable before delivery of completed work.

10. We can relocate most reverse cameras and sensors found on common vehicles, however as they are relocated into a non-factory position, they might not operate as designed or may require a dealer to perform a recalibration. Further costs may apply to relocation of sensors and cameras.

11. No fabrication work will commence until final drawings are approved. At this point no further changes can be made except at the discretion of Norskco and design hours will be charged and added to final balance.

12. If custom work is required all design hours will be charged.

13. Deposit payment is non refundable.

14. Norskco disclaims all responsibility for wind noise generated by roof protection products.

15. No guarantee is given or implied on any tool box or undertray drawers as to its ability to prevent theft of equipment.

16. Norskco disclaims all responsibility for fuel filling issues where secondary or long range tanks are involved.

17. We use both OEM and our own Fuel Filler systems, dependent on the vehicle. You may experience some ‘clicking’ depending on how the pumps are set up to flow at each station.

18. Norskco cannot take any responsibility for any partial obstruction of the side rear view mirror visibility.

19. Tray and canopy packages combined with typical 4×4 accessories increase the weight of a vehicle.

20. A GVMupgrade is recommended on most makes and models to ensure trouble-free touring, and for your vehicle to remain legal when loaded.

21. Any parts removed from your vehicle and not collected within 7 days may be scrapped or sold.

22. Some tooling marks may show on the aluminium sheet. This is inevitable with hand-pressed and hand-built Aluminium products. Aluminium is very prone to warping when welded and this is a normal result of its fabrication.

23. Goods remain the property of Norskco until paid in full.

24. Unless otherwise expressly agreed by us in writing we will not be bound by any terms or conditions added by you in an Order or other communication from you or on your behalf (express or implied). 25. Unless otherwise specified in an Agreement, all final balances and payments shall be made in full on, or before, the date of substantial completion of the supply (and where applicable, installation) of the Goods or Services to you. For the purpose of this clause, substantial completion will be determined at the discretion of Norskco.

26. All payments are to be made to us by direct credit to the bank account nominated by us or as otherwise agreed by us in writing. If you wish to pay by credit card, an additional charge is payable as a percentage of the total amount and specified at time of payment.

27. Access to the factory area is strictly limited to higher approval by management and by appointment only.

28. Whilst all care is taken, Norskco PTY LTD holds no responsibility for vehicles stored.

29. Any dispute or action in relation to these Terms and Conditions of Trading shall be subject to the absolute jurisdiction of the laws of the State of New South Wales
